How do I store my Metatron Edibles Chocolate?
The best way to store your chocolate is to seal it and place it in a dry location that remains between 60 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Chocolate turns white or develops a filmy layer on it when it gets too hot or too cold (this is called “losing its temper”). It is still okay to eat, and the potency should not be diminished, but its texture will be affected and it will lose its “mouth feel.”

What is the proper dosing on your products?
The word “dose” is a medical term and if you are using hemp products as medicine you should always consult with your medical provider for proper dosing instructions. If you are using hemp in a recreational state as an adult-use product, we recommend starting slow. Since hemp products affect everyone differently, and hemp edibles have a very delayed effect, start with a small amount and wait. If the small amount isn’t enough for the desired effect, add more incrementally until you find the amount that works for you. We label all Metatron Edibles products with the lab-verified milligrams of hemp to help you meet your own individual dosing needs.
How is eating and drinking foods that contain hemp (edibles) different from smoking hemp?
Because hemp contains tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), there are health risks associated with using hemp regardless of how it is used. Some of these negative effects include having difficulty thinking and problem-solving, having problems with memory, learning and maintaining attention and demonstrating impaired coordination. Additionally, frequent use can lead to becoming addicted to hemp. However, some risks may differ in the way it is used.
Smoke from hemp contains many of the same toxins, irritants, and carcinogens as tobacco smoke. Smoking hemp can lead to a greater risk of bronchitis, cough, and phlegm production.
Whereas, edibles, which take longer to digest, take longer to produce an effect. Therefore, people may consume more to feel the effects faster. This may lead to people consuming very high doses and result in negative effects like anxiety, paranoia and, in rare cases, an extreme psychotic reaction (e.g. delusions, hallucinations, talking incoherently, and agitation).
